Introduction:

                            Mark Robert Michael Wahlberg is an American actor, rapper, songwriter, former model, producer and also a businessman. Most of the people are calling him by his stage name Marky Mark. He entered to film industry in the 1990s, he debuts in ‘Renaissance’ (1993) and his first leading role in ‘Fear’ (1996). He was playing the Academy Award Winning Films ‘The Departed and the Fighter’, and also done a starring role in ‘Ted and Daddy’s Home’.  Mark acknowledged critical honor for his performance as porn actor Dirk Diggler in Boogie Nights. Wahlberg brothers are also a part of the industry.

Early Life:

              Mark Walberg was born on June 5, 1971, in Dorchester, Boston, Massachusetts United States. He was the youngest out of nine siblings. His mother was a bank clerk and father was a delivery driver, grew up in a working-class family. His parents divorced in 1982 when he was 11 years old. Wahlberg family brooked.  His father belongs to Irish descent and mother is French ancestry, divided his time between them. He admitted in Copley Square High School in Boston, but at the age of thirteen, he involved an addiction to cocaine and other substances.

Wahlberg dropped out of school and living on the streets for selling drugs. He did not complete his high school diploma until 2013. Wahlberg and his other friends chased the children and throwing rocks at them. At the age of sixteen, he was charged with attempted murder. When he went to a jail for 45 days after another violation, he spent time in jail for completing his punishment and says that experience changed his life. Wahlberg ended up all these bad things and places and decided to learn on the straight. Now he started bodybuilding and builds his body into an impressive form.

Personal Life:

                Early on his career, he has been in a relationship with model Rhea Durham since 2001 and they married in August 2009 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church. Mark Whalberg wife has been working for many big fashion magazines. The couple had four children, daughter Ella, and sons Michael, Brendan, and Grace Margaret. Ella was born on December 2003, Michael in 2006 and Brendan in 2008. Daughter Grace Margaret made his appearance in 2010. Mark Wahlberg children are also interested in the film industry. Career:

          Elder brother Donnie was famous for one of five fresh-faced members of the pop band New Kids on the Block.  Mark had been the original member of this group at the age of 13 when he quitted. His brother decided to help his brother and find a place in the music. Mark was not good at singing but looks very handsome; his brother decided that he has the potential to become a rap artist. He set up a meeting with the record company and started his career with the name of Marky Mark and DJ backup dancer. He recorded the album ‘Music for the People’ (1991).

The album got success and hit but the second Marky Mark and Funky Bunch ‘You Gotta Believe’ could not get the success as the first.  In 1993 Wahlberg’s own life was truly Questioned when he was blamed for approving obtrusively homophobic comments made on a British program by his visitor, reggae vocalist Shabba Ranks. People in general feedback of Wahlberg’s vocation appeared to control his profession towards certain death.

Stardom:

             It was the time to decide to try his hand at acting; he made his big screen debut in Penny Marshal’s ‘Renaissance Man’ (1994). After spending 20 weeks of filming, he delivered a convincing performance. In 1995, he caught the attention after appearing in the ‘Basket Ball Diaries’. He played a role of Micky with the best friend of Leonardo DiCaprio’s character in ‘The Basketball Diaries’ (1995) and first starred role James Foley in 1996.

After getting attention from ‘Fear’ 1996 and ‘Traveller’ 1997, he builds up his artistic reputation that made the commentators take notice at which he played the hero of Boogie Nights, a glance at the Seventies pornography scene. After doing two films ‘The Big Hit’ (1998) and ‘The Corruptor’ (1999), could not get more success on the screen.

1st Academy Award Nomination:

During the year 2000s, he appeared many movies like ‘Planet of the Aped’ science fiction movie, ‘The Yards’ crime drama and ‘The Italian Job’. He got his first Academy Award nomination for his crime drama ‘The Departed’ in 2006, a story is based on crime in which is planted in the Massachusetts state police. Mark was also a producer of HBO comedy-drama series ‘Entourage’ (2004-2010). He was also a part of sports drama ‘Invincible’ in 2006 and played the main role, which was based on the story of Vince Papale, a player of Philadelphia Eagles.

In 2010, he starred a role of a professional boxer in the sports drama ‘The Fighter’. Mark chooses the character because of his real-life friendship with the boxer and similarities. He helped to produce the move and nominate an Academy Award for best picture. He was also doing co-production HBO drama series ‘Boardwalk Empire’ which is taken from the book of Boardwalk Empire.

Wahlberg served on TV as executive producer and has also enjoyed success as a producer. He launched another project ‘Wahlburgers’ with brothers Donnie and Paul. In 2016, Mark Wahlberg films like ‘Patriots Day’, ‘Transformers: The Last Knight’ and ‘Daddy’s Home 2’. In 2018, he starred in American-Chinese action movie ‘Mile 22’, a story is based on a special CIA force which protects a valuable asset from the terrorists.
