                 Denzel was born on 28, December 1954 in (Mount Vernon), New York. His father runs the beauty shop and has two siblings. At the age of 14, his parents divorced and he was sent a boarding school with his sister.  Before discovering his interest in acting, he studied journalism at Fordham University.
